Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Ziverge, Inc. (“Ziverge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Verger, our flat-fee business-automation service, including getverger.ai and the phone and text agents we operate on behalf of our business customers (“Customers”). It applies both to visitors of our website and to the End Customers who call or text a number connected to the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you fill out a form on our site (e.g., to book a demo or contact us), we collect what you submit — typically name, email, phone number, company name, and any message you include. These forms are processed through HubSpot.
Communications Data
When an End Customer calls or texts a phone number connected to the Service, we process the content of that call or text (including any transcript or recording) in order to operate the agent and carry out the request — for example, booking an appointment or sending a reminder — on behalf of the Customer whose number it is.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our site, including pages viewed, referring URLs, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is collected via Google’s gtag.js (including Google Ads conversion tracking), the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and ContentSquare.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including agent accuracy and reliability;
- To respond to inquiries and demo requests;
- To carry out the specific request made by an End Customer (e.g., booking, confirming, or rescheduling an appointment);
- To measure and improve our marketing, including ad performance across Google, LinkedIn, and X; and
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
4. Text Messaging & Calling Data
No mobile information collected in connection with the Service’s texting or calling features will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: regardless of any other provision in this Policy, that information will not be shared with any third party, except with the service providers described in Section 5 solely as needed to deliver the messages themselves, or as required by law.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. An End Customer can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP, to any text from a number connected to the Service.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Service:
- Twilio — carries the calls and text messages sent and received through the Service;
- HubSpot — processes form submissions and stores contact records for Customers and prospective Customers;
- Vercel — hosts our website;
- Google (gtag.js / Google Ads), LinkedIn Insight Tag, and ContentSquare — provide site analytics and ad-performance measurement.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, to protect the rights or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality but will not affect our ability to deliver texts or calls you have opted into.
7. Data Retention
We retain form submissions, call/text records, and related metadata for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support the Customer relationship, and comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices & Rights
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further text messages from that number;
- Contact us at the address below to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion;

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us to exercise any of these rights, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and their adult representatives. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Users
The Service is operated from, and intended for use in, the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
