Do I have to manage any of this myself?
No. We set it up, launch it, and keep it running. If something needs adjusting, that's on us, not you.
What's the 3% admin fee actually for?
It covers us monitoring your automations, keeping them running, and fixing anything that breaks. It's calculated on your actual usage, not a separate charge on top of nothing.
I started with Basic — can I upgrade to Pro later?
Yes, any time. We'll build the remaining three automations — Content Marketing & Ad Generation, Bookkeeping & Back-Office, and Website Build & Agentic Management — and move you to Pro.
Is there a contract I'm signing up for?
The $800 or $1,500 starting fee is one-time. After that it's your actual usage plus the flat 3% — there's no separate subscription.
Why does the price say "starting at" instead of a fixed number?
Most businesses land at the starting price. It can run higher if your setup is more complex than typical — multiple locations, nonstandard integrations, or heavier customization. We confirm the exact final number with you before any build starts, never as a surprise afterward.
Will this feel like a robot to my customers?
It handles the routine requests — answering, booking, following up — the way a person would, and hands off to you the moment something needs a real decision.
Does it need my approval before doing something?
For anything routine — answering, booking, following up — it just handles it. Anything that needs a real decision gets handed to you instead of guessed at.
Is my data secure?
Your business and customer data stays inside the systems we build for you. We don't sell it, and it's not used to train anyone else's AI model.
Does the website automation cover an online store or a custom web app?
Not under Pro. Pro's website build is a guardrailed marketing and lead-capture site — a booking widget, contact/quote forms, and content you update by chatting with your agent. E-commerce, membership or login-gated areas, multi-language sites, and custom web-app functionality are a different scope of work and fall under Enterprise instead.
